an automated email letting the knight know that he would be ready for battle within
the next 48 hours. Dragons used to believe in personal service, and in providing
that service fast. But these days, the dragons have all grown too large to bother
with the small knight.
At OrangeSoda, we have never believed that you can provide proper customer service
through automated means. While support via email, live chat, and online FAQ’s are
preferred by some, everybody needs a live person to talk to sometimes. Every customer
of OrangeSoda gets their very own living, breathing account rep that is always available
to discuss campaign reporting, account changes, or just have a friendly knight-versus-dragon
chat.
We know that today’s smaller budget advertisers have a hard time getting any real
support from the search and advertising dragons. At OrangeSoda, we still believe
