Spice up your Google PPC Ad with Google Extensions

Writing ad copy that attracts the right customers can be a challenge. Consumers are looking for quick answers and the advertiser with the clearest path to an answer often wins the click. Writing copy that gets clicks involves lots of trial and error, but the good news is that Google offers a way to make delivering quality copy easier. With Google Extensions, you can optimize your ad to include information that attracts customers. Here are some Google Extensions you can add to your ad for free.

Call Extensions – Call extensions allow searchers to call your business directly by clicking on a “call” button on the ad.

Offer extensions – Offer extensions give your customers a discount by adding a coupon on the ad.

Local Extensions – Local extensions display your nearest storefront to customers.

Seller ratings – If you have many positive business reviews, you can display those star ratings right in your ad.

Sitelinks – Most ads redirect to one landing page. Adding additional sitelinks allows the searcher to click on the link that most interests them.

Social annotations – Some people search based on popularity. Social annotations allow you to display how many social followers your business has.

Seller rating offers the biggest uplift in CTR. It’s also worth noting you can check your own Google review page by going to http://www.google.co.uk/products/seller?zmi=yourdomain.com. Verifiedfeedback.com is now a 3rd arty supplier of reviews into Google.
