Leadership Team

Greg is the backbone of OrangeSoda, constantly guiding all the different teams and leaders to be online marketing rock stars. He’s also the General Manager of DIFM Services at Deluxe Corporation. When he’s not working ridiculous hours, he’s competing in Iron Man triathlons (no big deal). Greg completed his bachelor’s in accounting at Utah State University and his MBA from Brigham Young University.

Jeff is a CPA and received his MBA from Brigham Young University. Before OrangeSoda snatched him up, he rocked his own accounting firm. Now at OrangeSoda he oversees all financial planning, budget analysis, strategic planning, and business intelligence. When he’s not geeking out over numbers, he’s hanging out at home with his wife and four kids. He can also turn a blade of grass into a kazoo.

Derek is one of the founders of OrangeSoda, and he has built the sales team from the ground up, helping OrangeSoda become one of Utah’s fastest growing and most successful companies. Derek received his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University, and as a native Utahn, he loves skiing and the outdoors. Derek is also our resident Bottle Rocker (see his crazy skills in our infamous video here).

Rob finds, grows, and manages strategic partner relationships with OrangeSoda. Prior to joining the OrangeSoda crew, he founded his own business and worked at JP Morgan Chase. Rob received his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and his MBA from Babson College. In his spare time, Rob loves playing Mr. Fix-it around the house.

Aside from working at OrangeSoda, John has held a sales leadership position at Verizon and has owned his own businesses. He received his bachelor’s from University of Maryland in business administration, and he currently generates sales revenue for OrangeSoda. A little-known fact about John is that he plays jazz saxophone, not unlike the Sax Man of internet fame.

Nick Stice studied information systems at Brigham Young University, and he oversees software development for OrangeSoda. Our sales tools, fulfillment and workflow applications, billing and order entry, SEO tools, and PPC tools—that’s all Nick. Believe it or not, when Nick’s not working, he’s coding for fun. In addition to his technological skills, Nick is fluent in Korean and makes a wicked Bulgogi.

Before arriving at OrangeSoda, Rob Monson applied his marketing know-how at 1-800 Contacts and Golf Channel. At OrangeSoda, Rob grows the brand through marketing strategies and tactics and helps his team reach their full potential. Rob graduated from Weber State University with a bachelor’s in Business Administration and an emphasis in marketing.

Melissa received her bachelor’s degree from Southern Utah University and her PHR (Profession of Human Resources) certificate from the Human Resources Certification Institute. At OrangeSoda, Melissa leads all human resources policies and initiatives. When Melissa’s not playing Company Therapist, she enjoys running, mountain biking, and watching Food Network.
